Warranty and maintenance policy
Warranty
Sanitary ware products are under warranty of 5 years on the outer shell and 2 years on the ejection machine.
Maintenance
If the product cannot be maintained and repaired by the maintenance team
- During the warranty period, the damaged part will be replaced, with spare parts provided free of charge.
- After the warranty period expires, the damaged part will be replaced with a new one, with spare parts provided according to their price.
